Megan Ucich, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Megan has dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Exercise Physiology and Nursing from the University of Massachusetts, as well as a Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Giao (Nina) Bui, RN
Giao (Nina) Bui, RN is a skilled and experienced registered nurse with a passion for aesthetic medicine. With a Bachelor of Science degree from Salisbury University, Nina began her nursing career at the renowned University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
Her extensive certifications, including those from the National Laser Institute, Allergan, Merz Aesthetics, and Galderma solidify her reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable nurse in the industry.

With 20 years of experience at award-winning spas and the medical setting, Amanda offers the perfect blend of both worlds, mixing medical facial results with Japanese face-lift massage techniques. She works closely with our medical staff to ensure you attain the most effective skincare results. She uses the industry’s best medical facial machines and peels, paired with the latest and most effective, clinically tested, medical grade skincare.

Jen has been a dedicated member of the Radiance team for over 7 years. With 20 years of experience as a makeup artist and additional training in cosmetology, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Jen is passionate about beauty and loves helping people feel and look their best.

Just left my first appointment at Radiance and had the best experience! Everyone was so welcoming and the atmosphere is so calming and relaxing.
