“I believe in enhancing your natural beauty—not changing it. True confidence comes from feeling like the best version of yourself.”
Aayesha Patel is a certified Physician Associate with advanced training in dermatology, aesthetics, and holistic patient care. At Radiance Wellness, she’s known for her intuitive approach to facial balancing, natural rejuvenation, and preventative treatments that help clients feel fresh, confident, and completely themselves.
Aayesha’s journey into aesthetic medicine began with a personal struggle: as a teenager, she battled acne and the self-esteem challenges that came with it. A pivotal encounter with a compassionate dermatology PA sparked her passion for the field—and her desire to one day provide that same level of care to others. She earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from MCPHS University in Boston, following a Bachelor of Science and eventually an MBA in Healthcare. This blend of medical, clinical, and systems-level knowledge allows her to see the full patient picture: mind, body, and beyond.
At Radiance Wellness, Aayesha focuses on natural, harmonizing results that never feel overdone. Whether she’s using neuromodulators, dermal fillers, or custom skincare regimens, her goal is always the same—to help each client feel more empowered in their skin. She takes a collaborative, educational approach, ensuring every patient understands their options and feels in control of their journey.
Her aesthetic philosophy is simple: subtle enhancements, honest conversations, and results that reflect who you truly are.
I’m originally from Riverside, California, but I always imagined myself living closer to the coast. I recently moved to the San Diego area and am excited to discover all the local favorites—send your go-to spots my way! Outside of work, I love exploring new restaurants, spending time with family, and hosting game nights with friends (I take my board games as seriously as I do my Botox!). I’m a big believer in balance and stay grounded through gym sessions, skincare rituals, and the occasional reality TV binge.
A note from Aayesha –
“I want every person I treat to walk out feeling informed, supported, and radiant—because confidence isn’t about changing who you are, it’s about owning it.”
