“My goal is to offer more than just skin care—I want each treatment to be a reset for your skin, your body, and your mind.”
Amanda Davis is a licensed aesthetician with over 20 years of experience blending holistic rituals with results-driven medical skincare. She provides advanced facials at Radiance Wellness, where she partners closely with the medical team to deliver personalized treatments using pharmaceutical-grade products and technology only available in clinical settings.
Megan’s path to medical aesthetics began with her own experience with acne in young adulthood—a struggle that gave her a deep empathy for how skin health impacts emotional well-being. That journey led her to combine her clinical background in pediatric critical care and facial plastic surgery recovery with a passion for cosmetic and medical dermatology.
Known for her patient-centric approach, Megan designs comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that consider every aspect of the aging process. She’s especially passionate about educating patients on skin function and longevity—incorporating everything from medical-grade skincare and collagen induction therapy to neuromodulators and fillers (done right!). To Megan, aesthetics is never one-size-fits-all. Her goal is always to help patients feel supported and aligned with their goals, not pressured into unnecessary procedures.
Megan has a strong philosophy around care: she sees herself as an educator first, and believes that empowering patients through knowledge builds both trust and better outcomes. She's vocal about rejecting the “anti-aging” narrative—instead, she celebrates aging as a privilege and supports patients in aging with intention, grace, and confidence.
Outside of Radiance Wellness, Megan enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with her two daughters and husband, Greg (who originally convinced her to “escape winter just for a year”—ten years ago). She’s a proud New Englander, a quarter Japanese, and a Golden Retriever enthusiast (despite never having had one).
Amanda’s path to aesthetics began with her own experience managing cystic acne. After studying at the Aveda Institute and becoming licensed at age 24, she quickly realized the transformative power of facials—not just on skin, but on confidence and emotional well-being. She’s especially passionate about dermaplaning, chemical peels (like the VI Peel), and techniques that combine touch, technology, and intention.
Amanda specializes in fusing the best of both worlds—spa-caliber relaxation with visible, clinical results. Trained in Japanese Face-Lift Massage during her time at the renowned Ten Thousand Waves spa in Santa Fe, she brings a unique skill set to her work that blends technique with tranquility.
Her philosophy is grounded in a holistic view of skin health: lasting results come from medical-grade care, in-office treatments, and internal balance. Whether it’s acne, texture, dullness, or just the need to unwind, Amanda tailors each session with empathy and precision. Her treatment room is more than a place for facials—it’s a sanctuary.
Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Amanda moved to San Diego in 2014—another life shift inspired by a clairvoyant. In her free time, she enjoys abstract painting (her work has appeared in Southern California galleries), meditation, nature walks, and distance running.
A note from Amanda –
“My hope is that each person I treat feels grounded, cared for, and empowered. Beautiful skin starts with feeling safe and supported in your own body.”
