“My goal is to educate and empower my patients—to help them feel more confident, informed, and at home in their skin. Medical aesthetics should feel accessible, natural, and supportive—not intimidating.”
Originally from New Hampshire, Megan Ucich is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Radiance Wellness. She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Exercise Physiology and Nursing from the University of Massachusetts and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University. Megan is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Megan’s path to medical aesthetics began with her own experience with acne in young adulthood—a struggle that gave her a deep empathy for how skin health impacts emotional well-being. That journey led her to combine her clinical background in pediatric critical care and facial plastic surgery recovery with a passion for cosmetic and medical dermatology.
Known for her patient-centric approach, Megan designs comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that consider every aspect of the aging process. She’s especially passionate about educating patients on skin function and longevity—incorporating everything from medical-grade skincare and collagen induction therapy to neuromodulators and fillers (done right!). To Megan, aesthetics is never one-size-fits-all. Her goal is always to help patients feel supported and aligned with their goals, not pressured into unnecessary procedures.
Megan has a strong philosophy around care: she sees herself as an educator first, and believes that empowering patients through knowledge builds both trust and better outcomes. She's vocal about rejecting the “anti-aging” narrative—instead, she celebrates aging as a privilege and supports patients in aging with intention, grace, and confidence.
Outside of Radiance Wellness, Megan enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with her two daughters and husband, Greg (who originally convinced her to “escape winter just for a year”—ten years ago). She’s a proud New Englander, a quarter Japanese, and a Golden Retriever enthusiast (despite never having had one).
A note from Megan –
“It’s an honor to do this work—to have someone trust you with their face, their confidence, and often their most vulnerable insecurities. I never take that for granted. I want every person who walks into Radiance to feel seen, heard, and at home.”
