“My approach is always centered on education, trust, and transparency. When you feel confident in your skin, it radiates into every part of your life.”
Nina Bui is a registered nurse and one of the skilled aesthetic providers at Radiance Wellness. She brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, personal empathy, and artistic eye to her practice—helping clients feel confident in their skin and cared for throughout their journey.
Originally from Saigon, Vietnam, and raised in Ellicott City, Maryland, Nina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. She began her nursing career on a neurotrauma floor, an intense experience that ultimately led her to discover the healing and uplifting world of aesthetics—initially as a patient herself.
Her professional training includes certifications from the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, AZ, where she studied lasers, microneedling, and injectables. Nina holds numerous advanced credentials through Allergan, Galderma, Merz Aesthetics, Jan Marini, and ZO Skincare, giving her a deep foundation in cutting-edge aesthetic techniques.
Nina has a particular passion for neuromodulators like Botox and Dysport. She appreciates their ability to deliver subtle, elegant results that preserve natural expression. While she also enjoys working with fillers, she believes in balance and the importance of not overcorrecting. For Nina, aesthetics is about enhancing—not altering—what’s already beautiful.
Her approach to patient care is rooted in kindness, active listening, and a commitment to making each person feel seen, heard, and supported. She loves helping clients rediscover confidence and self-love through personalized treatments, and she’s especially fulfilled by seeing the visible transformation in a patient’s skin and spirit.
Outside of Radiance Wellness, Nina finds joy in rock climbing, volleyball, hiking, and traveling to beach destinations with crystal-clear waters. She thrives on meaningful experiences over material things and has a talent for spotting uncanny doppelgängers. Her favorite self-care philosophy? “Let the mud dry”—a reminder to embrace the mess and move forward with grace.
Nina wants every client to walk out of Radiance feeling renewed and proud of investing in themselves—especially those who’ve neglected their skin and are now ready to begin again.
A note from Nina –
“I want my patients to feel seen, understood, and never pressured. It’s about creating a plan that works for you—something that feels sustainable, supportive, and aligned with who you are.”
