Born and raised in the coastal town of Encinitas, California, Sarah Pertschuk is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 14 years in medicine and 7 years focused on aesthetic care. Her path to this work began with a personal journey—struggling with cystic acne as a teen and finding healing, both physical and emotional, through the care of a compassionate nurse practitioner. That pivotal experience lit the spark that would guide her entire career: helping others feel empowered in their skin.
Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Natural Science from Loyola Marymount University and her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University. Her dedication to skin health started early, with a dermatology internship and a graduate thesis exploring the connection between Accutane and mental health. She has since cultivated a well-rounded background in internal medicine, family practice, and nearly a decade in advanced wound care—all of which inform her deeply attentive, whole-person approach to aesthetics.
At Radiance Wellness, Sarah blends medical precision with warmth and intuition. She prioritizes education and personalized planning, guiding each client to understand the “why” behind their treatments. Her goal is always to deliver subtle, natural results that reflect how her patients feel inside: vibrant, confident, and at ease.
When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her surfing, reading, doing Pilates, traveling or spending time at the beach (under an umbrella and with lots of sunscreen, of course!).
